Designation - Human Resources Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing CVs from various resume portals, social media, etc.
2. Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients
3. Manage the applicants, connecting on call, clarifying their doubts related to the role
4. Handle follow-ups
5. Evaluate candidate skills and key responsibility areas
6. Maintain candidate database and generate reports time to time
7.



Strategize with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes
8. Interact with clients to help with scheduling and coordination of interviews
10. Update information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basis
11. Create internal process documentation
