About our Team
The role belongs to the Clinical Path Datawarehouse team (part of Health Markets, Elsevier). The Team provides solution to the Evidence-based oncology decision support and analytics for cancer care.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer , you have to maintain daily data loads, write & review codes and resolve complex problems. You have to be team-oriented with the stakeholders, innovate process improvements & successfully implement development processes. You have to work cross-functionally to improve overall quality, implement initiatives improving capabilities and add efficiency using industry best practices.
Responsibilities
.Designing, developing, maintaining, and testing data pipelines.
.Delivering patient and provider data to the analytics platform
.Incorporating data sources from data storage technologies (SQL)
.Designing and developing migration strategies (SQL Server to cloud data warehouse solutions)
.Working closely with our business partners to enable insights and improve patient outcome
.Assessing modern technologies that enable improvements in data quality, metric management, engineering practices, and corporate data governance.
.Collaborating in team activities: refinements, code reviews, retrospectives, continuous improvements.
Requirements
Experience Required: 59 Years.
.Experience in Data warehousing, data processing, data migration
.Experience in Data pipeline development including ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and monitoring
.Experience of Data warehouse with MS SQL Server(must)




.Experience in ETL/ELT using SSIS (must)
.Experience in Python/PowerShell for scripting and automation
Good to Have:
.Experience in any Cloud platform such as AWS, Google, or Azure
.Experience of CI/CD process tools like Jenkins/Git hub actions
.Experience in Cloud data warehouse solutions like Snowflake
