Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Basis Team Member to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible. for managing our SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environment and ensuring its smooth operation. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure the integrity and stability of our SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure and maintain SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud systems to ensure their smooth and uninterrupted operation.

Perform upgrades, patches and system maintenance tasks as required to keep the SAP system up-to-date and optimized.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the SAP system to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system availability.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the stability and integrity of the SAP system.

Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup plans to minimize the risk of data loss or system failure.

Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including user management, authentication, and access control.





Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure that the SAP system meets our organizations current and future needs.

Document processes and procedures for SAP system maintenance and support.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration, specifically in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.

Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, administration, and troubleshooting in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.

Experience with SAP installation, upgrade, patching, and system maintenance in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.

Experience in SAP performance tuning and capacity planning in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Develop the BI tech landscape vision including tools, technology, and processes. Work towards bringing the vision to life by engaging in hands-on implementation and visa the team this is hired. Hire, onboard and manage the BI development team. Partner with Leaders across the organization to understand the business insights they need and then to build and provide those insights.



Design data warehouse flows and schemas based off analysis, including staging, fact, dimensions, and cubes and reporting models in the semantic layer Define the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Take ownership of the data warehouse and integrity of all information loaded into it Review code of the team and identify errors and provide feedback to relevant parties. Conduct performance reviews and monthly KPI discussions with the BI development team Coach and mentor team members Review and challenge current processes and documentation and ensure continuous process improvements (including automation where possible) Job Description - Technical/ professional qualifications Required 6 years data analytics or business intelligence experience (Essential) Exposure working with international stakeholders (Essential) Experience within a data centered role (Essential) Management / Supervisory experience (Essential) Knowledge of BI Stack (Tableau Desirable) Knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing and analytics Knowledge of BI tools, concepts and architecture and decision support concepts Experience with Low-code, non-code technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
