Job Details
· Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and processing systems using Python.
· Build efficient and reliable ETL processes to extract, transform and load data into data warehouses.
· Optimize database performance and work with other teams to design and implement database solutions.
· Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide them with the data they need to perform analysis.
· Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
· Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
· Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience as a data engineer or related role.
· Robust programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
· Strong experience in SQL and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
· Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
· Understanding of software engineering best practices (e.g., version control, testing, documentation).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
