Job Purpose
To create, deliver and maintain Architecture, Solutions & Design for various programs/Initiatives.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Define, design, maintain Solution Architecture and Design for Projects / Initiatives through effective interaction with business stakeholders, demand management,



IT teams & multiple vendors
-
Review and approve the solution architecture & design in accordance with design principles, efforts and schedule
-
Evaluate various solution design approaches to arrive at optimal solution design/architecture
-
Evaluate various technologies and solutions available within and outside the eco system to arrive at an optimal solution/architecture
-
Manage multiple technology partners for timely and qualitative end to end solution design
-
Manage stake holder satisfaction during interfacing with internal as well as external teams

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Solution Architect, design and project management

Good understanding of IT Application's Ecosystem for a telecom service provider

Sound practical knowledge on Enterprise BSS systems SAP S4 Hana (on Premise version 2020), SAP FIORI, SAP GRC, SAP PI/PO integration layer, SAP BW on Hana, DMS tools like OpenText, OmniDocs) in the area of Finance, Supply Chain, EWM, HR and Shared Services business functions

Sound practical Knowledge on SAP Ariba, SAP Successfactors - SAAS cloud based environment and processes

Sound understanding of various integration scenarios of between SAP S4 Hana and other non-SAP surround telecom business applications like Billing, POS,



Interconnect IUC etc.

Good understanding of key Finance, SCM, HR business processes specifically related to Asset Accounting, Material movements and Warehousing, Vendor Onboarding, Sourcing, Procure 2 Pay Hire 2 Retire, Travel & Expenses Mgmt., Leave Mgmt., Employee and Manager Self Services, Recruitment & On-boarding, Employee Performance & Compensation Mgmt.

Good understanding of Enterprise architecture of SAP ERP Products and applications portfolio

Good understanding of Infra, SAAS, IAAS, SAP Enterprise Cloud based services (HEC)

Be an effective communicator ( oral and written), highly organized, good multi-tasker and possess leadership skills

Experience of working on large scale system transformation of OSS/BSS applications

Good understanding of telecom OSS/BSS applications, integration best practices, agile processes and emerging technologies like Open Source technologies, Cloud hosted solutions, RPA, middleware technologies, etc.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Engineering/Technology graduate/Chartered Accountant from reputed institution. MBA/PG an added advantage.
