About the role:
We are seeking skilled Salesforce Developers, specializing in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components and Lightning Flows, to join our high paced growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations, with a particular focus on utilizing LWC/Aura Components and Lightning Flows across different clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Media Cloud etc.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, lightning flows and APIs.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality output and adherence to LWC & Aura best practices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations, providing ongoing support and improvements as needed.
- Work closely with the scrum master, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon Salesforce solutions and provide regular progress updates throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:





- Must have one or more Salesforce Certifications on the belt.
- Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, API integrations, flows and at least 2 years focusing on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components.
- Expertise in Salesforce object and security model, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and environments, such as Developer Console, Visual Studio Code, DX, and Azure DevOps / Git.
- Hands-on design and development experience with the Salesforce.com API and experience with hands-on APEX and Visualforce development in Sales Cloud.
- Experience in Apex Programming.
- Experience in UI Development with Visualforce.
- Experience in Lightning.
- 4+ years of Lightning experience will be a plus.
- Experience in Salesforce Integration with SOAP/Rest.
- Experience with front end languages and backend tools for web engineering such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, APEX, Visualforce, Flex/AIR. Understanding of SQL and enterprise integrations.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce Data loader tool for insert, update and upserts.
- Experience working within an Agile environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal to no supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
