Objective / Purpose of duty:

- As a developer, you will need to work with business user to understand and translate business requirements to SharePoint functional specification and design solution
- Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; and articulating solution risks and barriers.
- You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
- Minimum work experience: 3+ Years

Main responsibilities:

- Design and code superior technical solutions
- Create well designed, reusable objects
- Create effective and logical databases for clients
- Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
- Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards
- Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients on schedule
- Communicate complex information effectively to team and clients
- Ability to scale the solution to the client’s goals and budget

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with SharePoint development experience, including hands on experience in developing and delivering SharePoint based solution and wok in a .Net Environment.
- Engineering degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

KNOWLEDGE:

- Office 365 - SharePoint Online, HTML, JS, JQuery, Bootstrap, Angular JS
- Should have experience on Power Platform tools PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI.
- Knowledge on migration SharePoint Migration Tool.
- Proven expertise and experience in standard client-side web development technologies – HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, REST, JSOM, OData, Oauth
- Experience in Server site technologies – .Net, .Net Core, SQL 2014.

GOOD TO HAVE:

- Experience on development using SPFX.
- Knowledge on TypeScript, SQL.

SKILLS:
- Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude
- Needs to demonstrate leadership skills
- Should be able to analyze requirements and help the architect in designing a solution, guide junior team members, and resolve technical issues
- Should be good at technical documentation
