Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop and customize ServiceNow Applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflow
- Plan, lead, and perform research to help address issues related to establishing metadata within client.
- Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
- Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains
- Refine requirements and perform integrations with the ServiceNow Integration Hub,



third party applications and web services using SOAP or Rest
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs, including
- BigID, tool that currently scans all sensitive data on enterprise level
- Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals
- Support and maintain API connections to third-party tools
- Assist in the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, and manage projects
- Prepares reports on analyses
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level

Qualification and Experience:

- ServiceNow seasoned developer
- Familiar with CMDB, CSDM, and GRC applications
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Puppet in an enterprise environment highly valued
- Experience working with Cloud technologies, such as Azure, AWS, & GCP
- Experience with CI relationship structure, including Information Object linkage
- Experience building scoped apps




- Experience with cross-platform relationships lookup
- Experience in data integration, preferably on Service Now platform.
- Experience on Enterprise Data Catalog platform.
- EDC optimization and performance calibration preferred.
- Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create cutting-edge solutions.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
- Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high-level decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge on designing, developing, and deploying application
- 3+ years working in a data governance discipline including business glossary use, data catalog and data dictionary curation.

- Program Management/Project

Required Skillsets

- Some metadata exp or data catalogue exp must be (Currently they are using SNOW as a data catalogue and informatica some data catalogue features being used)
- Must have- SNOW Development
- Must have- Some knowledge into data classification/schemas is a must.
- Highly Desirable - Javascript/python (or any scripting) and API building exp (REST, SOAP). They are using Javascript & REST API.
