Job Description : - Assist in the collection of business requirement and current-state process mapping exercises required to build a user story associated with a new or enhanced capability- Articulate design and documentation for Anaplan models (process map, user guide, solution design document)- Translate business requirements in the form of excel models and/or user stories into efficient and scalable high-functioning Anaplan models. Successfully identifying various dimensions, lists(hierarchies) and line items,



thereby creating a user-friendly solution- Create Hub-spoke & ALM structure along with user experience pages using the NUX- Work with subject area data experts to identify new or enhanced data to support the recent or enhanced capability- Collaborate with the Business Architect to stay current with business design and supporting solutions and associated stakeholders- Develop test cases and assist in UAT on the technical and functional acceptance- Manage multiple stakeholders across various business functions- Closely follow Ciena and Anaplan model building best practicesDesired Experience : - Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Computer Science,Mathematics- 1+ year working with data as either a data or business analyst- 1+ year working with databases- 1+ year modeling with Anaplan or 2 end-to-end Anaplan implementations- 2+ years working in Excel- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team- Strong attention to detail- Anaplan Level 2 certified or above- Understanding of the forecasting process and various business functions (Sales, operations, Finance, etc.)- Critical thinking and Analytical problem-solving skills- Good communication and stakeholder management skills- Experience in working in an Agile environment (ref:hirist.com)
