You will be working as Service Sales Specialist, reporting to Sales Specialist - Systems for Electrification business area, Services division based in Kolkata, India. You will be responsible for generating revenue by selling service portfolios like spare parts, annual maintenance contracts, retrofit and upgrade, preventive maintenance for ABB Low Voltage products and to focus on the customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities

- Collecting sales leads and market information from customers and ensuring regular customer visits are made
- Meeting the new customers and managing the existing customers
- Approaching the customers proactively for sale and/or understanding the obstacles and to pitch-in ABB Solutions.
- Understanding the customer needs and preparing suitable offers as per company policies
- Coordinating with service team in smooth execution of contracts which will ensure assured contract renewals
- Submitting order,



collection and revenue forecast to management. Working rigorously on fulfilling the monthly targets

Your background

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in end user market
- Strong product knowledge of low voltage switchgear and its standards
- Strong user experience in SAP SD module
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
