Roles and Responsibilities –
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented sales Officer. The officers’s responsibilities will be to manage our existing clients and coordinate with all concerned to carry out the sales operations. The candidate should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
Scope of Work –
- Collect product requirement, coordinate with customer, supplier and convert orders.
- Maintaining record of sales pipeline in CRM
- Coordinate dispatch requirement at various sites and ensure timely dispatches
- Following up payments against dispatches
- Making sales MIS reports
- Handling customer service issues
- Carry out reconciliation of accounts and process credit notes.
- All other activities which are part of sales operation.

Key Skills
- Experience - Minimum 1 years
- Academics - Should be at least a graduate
- Languages - Excellent proficiency in English, Telugu & Hindi
- Software Skills - Proficiency in - MS Excel, MS Word
- Attributes - Confident, hardworking, presentable, adaptable, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills,
Negotiation skills, skills to resolve issues, complaints, she should have the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
