1.Attending client calls and pitching the best option available matching client requirement
2.Recording leads in the CRM and following up with the client
3.Sending proposals to the client with all details
4.Driving Sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
5.Handling of client meetings and site visits
6.Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends, demand-supply, etc.
7.Assisting the client to visit the co-working space and showing the available options
8.Completing Client On-boarding formalities
9.Building & maintaining a valuable broker network for accelerated sale conversions
10.Other business development activities that bring business to the organization




11.Maximize occupancy and profitability of the Center by proactively managing customers expansion plans
12.Follow up/Screening on inquiries that are received and classifying them into leads for our available spaces or aggregation
13.Generate new leads through networking and our tied up portals and ensuring all available spaces are occupied
14.Right Attitude/Go-getter - Responsible & Intent to self-learn in a start-up environment & grow into a top professional with support
15Ability to Sell - We look for folks who love talking, persuading, negotiating, and selling
