Job Description -
- Your role will include implementing the AMs Vision and Mission, Objectives and Goals, system & processes in your operations at Mumbai.
- As a P&L; Head you will have to drive the business which will include repeat business as well as acquiring recent clients, and managing cost with an aim to achieve desired profitability and achieve a good client satisfaction score across client base.
- You will have to work closely with leadership team to significantly grow regional presence
- Achieving the revenue target as assigned and as aligned with overall organisation's top line.
- Not restricting to opportunities in Mumbai, in case you are able to utilize your existing relationship with prospective clients PAN India, you may look for converting such relationship into business opportunities for AMs.
- You would be responsible for preparing presentations that you will have to give to the clients and also prepare proposals as and when required. You would be provided support from Pune HO for these activities till we have a separate BD team for Mumbai
- You would be responsible for CRM of the entire client base
- Your role will also include managing operations for projects at Mumbai for which you will be provided with Procurement Support by central team (for D&B; / Build projects) and Recruitment Support to build your project team from AMs office at Pune.
- As part of the Professional Development Plan, your performance will be measured against Targets achieved, Profitability, Client Satisfaction Score and Operational aspects such as timely invoicing and collection of fee, attrition rate for team and team development initiatives.
