The Spa Manager's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.

Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, opening and closing store and keeping a record of the cash register and cash deposits. Managed daily operations of the Spa including placing and tracking orders for spa supplies and equipment..
