JOB PURPOSE:

- JEWELRY SENIORSALES associate works both as an entertainer and as a salesperson in a jewelry shop.
- His/her job description entails entertaining jewelry customers and ensuring that they have a wonderful experience while purchasing expensive pieces of jewelry.
- Working under the supervision of a manager, the sales associate performs certain tasks, including presenting jewelry, making sales, and inspecting jewelry.
- He/she greets and welcomes customers with a warm smile as they enter the jewelry shop, and inquire from them how he/she may assist them.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
- Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Reach out to customer leads through followups.




- Continuously improve through feedback
- Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA):

- Excellent 3 years experience in retail sales
- Must have excellent knowledge of jewelry and Diamond products

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

- University or college degree in any domain in acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of direct retail sales work experience in Jewellery Industry is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA): Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role. Experience in handling any ERP software payroll modules like SAP/HANA is mandatory. Experience using MS Excel. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Basic knowledge of labor legislation Organizational skills Valuable verbal and written communication skills Education & Experience Requirement: University or college degree in any domain in acceptable combination of education and experience. 3+ years of direct work experience as an HR & Admin.
