Responsibilities: -
- Plan, oversee, manage and control the marketing activities in all Companys business lines including sales and distribution operations
- Oversee customer relations activities, understand customers requirements and provide them with services that exceed their expectations.
- Regular market evaluation, add new markets and increase Companys share in the existing and new markets.
- ensure that staff are focused on profitability,
growth targets and building the brand equity and in support of the strategic direction.
- Develop and implement the sales and marketing policies and procedures
Skills:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in retail business with a minimum of 2 years as sales and marketing manager
Financial Management Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills and fluency in English
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Marketing and public relation skills
- Ability to develop and apply strategic planning processes and develop customer-focused action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
