Job Description

Strong understanding of Market Measurement reporting, performance management concepts, market and key players, category, segment, brand and product of FMCG Space. Should be able to Create, update monthly Market Measurement Dashboards, Reports and ensure the TAT accuracy of the deliverables, manage multiple stockholders and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide ad-hoc support by doing data analysis and insight generation. Lead,



coach and motivate team to achieve business goals. Work as an Individual contributor has excellent time management and problem solving skills and possesses ability to organize prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong understating on Consumption Sales, Point of sales, Retails Audit data. Understand data requirements based on the objective, scope of project. Manage complex projects from scope determination to feedback. Understanding of Nielsen Answer Desktop, IMS Data view, Advance Excel and insight generation Create Excel and macro based Reports, Dashboards and Presentations in PowerPoint. Validation, interpretation, data standardization, analysis presentation. Perform ad-hoc analysis, deep dive and generate Insight. Identify driver and drainer for sales trend change. Strong ability to perform Competitive performance study using Syndicated data Identifies additional resource requirement Build a strong team knowledge with the understanding of market, category, segment, brand and product of Consumer healthcare space Enhance team’s competency on Market Measurement reporting, performance management concepts, and deep dives, etc. Capable of managing and developing team, team motivation, competency development, attrition management and recruitment Ensure quality of output and meet client requirement. Works closely with team client to resolve complex data and deliver expected projects results Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong Interpersonal Skills, build maintain robust relationship with multiple clients Must Have Expertise on IRI and Nielsen data and tools. strong understanding of BI tools , Advance Excel, VBA, Web Scrapping, data integration visualization and insight generation Qualification MA, MBA, Post Graduation in any stream with passion and experience in reporting Analytics
