Essential Skill Set Required

1. Min. 3-5 years of experience of accounting process. payable, GST, Vendor Payment, receivable
2. Should have valuable knowledge of Ms. Excel and Tally ERP

3.Process oriented and highly disciplined in approach.

Prime Responsibilities of Job

1. Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
2. Completing purchase orders
3. Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
4. Completing bank reconciliations
5. Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
6. Managing company ledgers
7. Processing business expenses
8. Coordinating internal and external audits
9.



Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
10. Verifying bank deposits
11. Managing day-to-day transactions
12. Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
13. Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
14. Posting daily receipts
15. Preparing annual budgets
16. Completing the year-end analysis
17. Reporting on debtors and creditors
18. Handling accruals and prepayments
19. Managing monthly budgeting tasks
20. Encoding accounting entries for data processing
21. Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
22. Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
23. Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods

Between 25-35 years
