Design, develop, and support Workday Prism Analytics datasets, including data ingestion, transformation, and modeling. Build calculated fields, derived datasets, and business logic within Prism. Troubleshoot Prism data issues related to data loads, transformations, and performance. Develop advanced reports and dashboards leveraging Prism-enabled data. Support complex reporting requirements that cannot be met by standard Workday reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation with source systems. Implement and maintain Prism security, including domain and dataset access controls. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOX, etc.). Support data audits and access reviews related to Prism datasets. Support Workday bi-annual releases, including impact analysis and testing for Prism objects.



Manage Prism data loads and refresh cycles across environments (Sandbox, Preview, Production). Coordinate with Workday Support for Prism-related defects and escalations. Create and maintain documentation for datasets, transformations, and reports. Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams and business users. Maintain runbooks and support documentation for ongoing Prism operations. Solid understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials data model. Experience with data transformation, joins, aggregations, and calculated fields. Proficiency in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
