The candidate shall work in Industrial gateway, Switching, and Wireless applications. The candidate shall develop strong development practices for world-class products, understand customer needs, identify gaps, define practices to improve product quality, and build a highly engaged team.

Requirements & Skills:

- Experience in software engineering with expertise in C/C++ programming.
- Extensive experience in Linux workplace development (i.e. Linux internals, IPC mechanisms, and shell scripting).
- Customize Linux-based systems using Yocto/NETCONF Projects for embedded wireless platforms.
- Proven track record in user-space development for connectivity-related products such as Host APD, Supplicant, Portal, RADIUS, AAA, Identity and Role Management, and Radsec.




- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi protocols (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and wireless standards.
- Knowledge of Fast Roaming (802.11r).
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, ARP, and VLAN.
- Experience with management interfaces like SNMP and web-based applications.
- Skilled in using debugging tools such as Wireshark, TCP Dump, and GDB.
- Strong hands-on experience with multi-threaded user-space applications and user-space-kernel interaction techniques (e.g., sockets, Netlink).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables effectively.
