- Receive, log, and properly tag all warranty -returned parts from service centres and field operations.
- Check the physical condition, completeness, and correctness of all incoming warranty claims.
- Identify and address transit -related issues such as damaged, missing, or improperly packed parts.
- Maintain organised storage of warranty parts with strict 5S and traceability standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely ERP and DMS entries for all warranty transactions.
- Coordinate with CQA for warranty approval decisions and provide required claim details. Manage scrapping of failed warranty parts after receiving formal CQA/Quality approval. Follow up with Dealers on pending, delayed, or non -compliant warranty parts.
- Issue replacement parts to dealers or service teams as per approved processes.
- Maintain MIS for warranty part status, claim closures,
and debit notes issued to dealers.
- Track and update data on supplier debits processed by CQA/SQA teams.
- Collaborate with Service, Quality, CRM, R&D;, and Production to support quick closure of warranty cases.
Requirements
â Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
â 3–5 years of experience in warranty operations, service operations, or parts management (EV/Automotive preferred).
â Strong understanding of EV/automotive components and failure modes.
â Positive command of ERP/DMS workflows and documentation standards.
â Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
