- Plan and deliver vocational training sessions (theory and practical) as per approved curriculum

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations

- Assess learners’ performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations

- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment documentation

- Provide guidance, mentoring, and career support to trainees

- Ensure training delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning abilities

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices

- Coordinate with placement teams or industry partners when required

Requirements

Qualification

SSLC & Govt. approved certificate in relevant trade

- Strong practical and technical knowledge of the trade

- Ability to deliver competency -based training

- Valuable communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage classrooms and engage learners

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, LMS)

- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods

- Willingness to follow curriculum, safety, and quality standards

- Flexible to work in shifts or travel if required
