We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to support all internal AI and SaaS product initiatives, designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centred experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What will you be doing day to day?

- Translate user stories into wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Own UX design across multiple AI and SaaS internal tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve a unified design system for internal applications.
- Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG).

Your Experience:

- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong application-focused portfolio.
- Experience designing enterprise or SaaS software end‑to‑end.
- Background in agile process and interacting with business stakeholders and product owners, and understanding user stories and epics.
- Degree in interactive design, human factors, architecture, or related field (preferred).

Your Skills:

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to design for both web and mobile experiences.
- Experience with analytics tools for UX optimization.




- Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
- Interest or background in HRIS/HR Technology-based UX design
