Location: Near Nagole Metro, Hyderabad,Telangana
Duration:Full Time
Shift:Night Shift-6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our team as a US IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in IT recruitment and possess solid communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Any Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process for US-based Non IT positions
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers
- Support the team with various administrative tasks related to recruitment
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IT & Non IT technologies and job roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
