We
are looking for a mid to senior level US IT Recruiter who is a fluent
English speaker and eager to learn recruitment processes. Candidates having 5
or more years with strong communication skills looking to grow in the IT
staffing industry.

Key




Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for various IT roles.

- Assist in interview coordination and candidate
engagement.

- Build a robust talent pipeline and maintain candidate
databases.

- Learn and adapt to recruitment best practices and
tools.

- Work closely with senior recruiters to understand
client needs.


Requirements

Requirements:

- Candidates with 5 -8 years of experience.

- Candidates with extensive experience in
sourcing/placing on W2 tax term

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast -paced
recruitment environment.

- Basic understanding of IT recruitment is a plus.
