We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Urologist / Uro Surgeon to join a full-time clinical role in Raipur, India. This position is ideal for a qualified medical professional with strong expertise in diagnosing and treating disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care while working in a well-structured clinical environment with access to modern diagnostic and surgical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, incontinence, and male infertility.
- Perform urological surgeries and procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open urological surgeries, as per clinical requirements.
- Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies, lab results, and urodynamic assessments to support clinical decision-making.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with current medical guidelines and best practices.
- Provide emergency urological care when required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records,



ensuring compliance with medical, ethical, and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other specialists, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and post-procedure recovery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and ongoing medical education to enhance care standards.

What Makes You a Outstanding Fit:

- MBBS with MS/DNB in Urology or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Proven experience as a Urologist or Uro Surgeon with strong clinical and surgical exposure.
- Expertise in managing both routine and complex urological conditions.
- Strong surgical skills with a commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with clear and empathetic communication skills.
