- Overall supervision and management of the dialysis centre operations.

- Ensure protected and effective delivery of hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis treatments.

- Coordinate daily dialysis schedules as per nephrologist orders.

- Verify and implement dialysis prescriptions accurately.

- Supervise patient assessment before, during, and after dialysis.

- Monitor vital signs and manage dialysis -related complications (hypotension, cramps, reactions).

- Ensure proper vascular access care (AV fistula, graft, catheter).

- Handle dialysis emergencies and coordinate code response.

- Maintain strict infection control practices within the unit.

- Ensure isolation protocols for Hepatitis B, C, or other infectious cases.

- Monitor and maintain RO plant and water quality parameters.

- Ensure proper disinfection of dialysis machines after each session.

- Supervise dialysis nurses and technicians.

- Prepare duty rosters and allocate staff assignments.

- Ensure adequate staffing for smooth functioning of all shifts.

- Conduct staff performance evaluations.

- Maintain inventory of dialyzers, consumables, and medications.

- Prevent stock shortages and monitor usage control.

- Ensure maintenance and servicing of dialysis machines.
