Role Overview


We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Design Specialist to design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across Robro’s platforms. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with user -centered thinking to transform complex workflows into straightforward, effective interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate user insights into impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities


- Create user -centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high -fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and improvements.

- Translate complex ideas into visually compelling,



easy -to -use interfaces aligned with Robro’s brand guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and provide design support during implementation.

- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.

- Identify UX issues and recommend practical solutions to improve usability and user satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UI/UX best practices.

- Provide design feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
