Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise internal teams on everyday legal questions, risks, and compliance-related decisions.
- Interpret and apply relevant UK and EU financial services regulations, including DORA, GDPR, and PRA guidelines.
- Support in-house legal operations, ensuring documentation, processes, and communication flow smoothly.




- Identify potential legal risks and proactively guide teams on how to address and mitigate them.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align contract terms with business goals.
- Maintain robust governance and ensure consistency in contract handling and legal standards.
