We are seeking an experienced professional to lead academic delivery, curriculum development, and student engagement for data science and AI/ML programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven teaching expertise, and the ability to connect with both students and industry leaders to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery & Curriculum Development

- Deliver data science and AI/ML courses and practicum sessions independently.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to design, enhance, and update curriculum based on research and industry benchmarking.
- Maintain academic quality and relevance through continuous content updates.

Student Engagement & Support

- Mentor, guide, and support students to achieve successful learning outcomes.
- Oversee student onboarding, engagement, evaluation, and placement support.
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve learning experiences.

Event Management & Industry Collaboration

- Plan and coordinate hackathons, workshops, and academic-industry collaborative events.
- Partner with marketing and academic teams to manage batch/cohort enrolments.
- Network with industry leaders and invite them to participate in academy initiatives.

Administration & Digital Management





- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Update academy website and social media channels with relevant content.
- Generate reports and present findings to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Technical & Professional Skills

- Familiarity with the EdTech and online learning industry.
- Proficiency in LMS tools and platforms.
- Strong teaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
- Hands-on experience with data science libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and event coordination skills.
- Project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience

- 5–7 years of teaching, academic program management, or relevant industry experience in the data science domain.

Key Interfaces

- Internal: Faculty, Students, Academic, Digital Transformation, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations teams.
- External: Vendors, industry leaders, consultants, universities, and academic partners.

Additional Requirement
