Shift:Night Shift-6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our team as a US IT Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in IT recruitment and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Engineering/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process for US-based IT positions
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers
- Support the team with various administrative tasks related to recruitment

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
