About the Role
We are looking for a Trainee Illustrator with a strong foundation in fine arts and digital illustration. This role is perfect for fresh graduates passionate about realistic art, anatomy, and digital rendering. You’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate with our creative team, and contribute to real client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic illustrations (characters, backgrounds, assets) with correct anatomy, lighting, and shadows.
- Organize and refine Photoshop/Illustrator artwork into animation-ready layers.
- Polish and adapt existing designs as per project requirements.
- Incorporate feedback to maintain quality standards.
- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows.
Requirements
- BFA or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong portfolio of realistic digital artworks (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Knowledge of anatomy, rendering, and digital layering.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Must explicit a machine test.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Traditional sketching & storyboarding.
- Basic animation/motion graphics.
- Familiarity with Wacom/pen tablets.
