This is a
full -time on -site role for a Trade Marketing Executive - Tamil Nadu. The Trade Marketing Executive will be
responsible for Execute trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility,
drive sales, and enhance retailer engagement. This role involves understanding
regional market trends, implementing trade programs, and working with sales and
marketing teams to support business growth. market planning, utilizing
analytical skills, Sales Promotions, and implementing sales & marketing
initiatives on a regional level.

- Trade Marketing Strategy
Execution –
Implement and drive regional trade marketing plans effectively to support
business growth.
- Sales Growth Contribution – Enhance product
visibility and drive promotions to achieve targeted sales growth.
- Retailer &
Distributor Engagement – Strengthen relationships with trade
partners to improve brand presence and trade participation.
- Merchandising & POSM
Deployment –
Ensure proper placement and utilization of POS materials to maximize
impact.
- Market Analysis &
Competitive Insights – Monitor market trends,competitor
activities, and consumer preferences to refine strategies.
- Budget Utilization & ROI – Optimize trade marketing
spend and assess the return on investment for promotional activities.
- Cross -functional
Collaboration –
Work closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align trade
initiatives with business goals.
- Compliance & Process
Adherence –
Ensure all trade marketing activities adhere to company policies and
regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 3 -5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong understanding of regional trade dynamics, retailer behavior, and channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid -paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Experience of working closely with Sales & Marketing Team
