- Plan and deliver engaging lessons covering grammar, literature, writing, and spoken English
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills
- Design worksheets, assignments, and assessments as per CBSE guidelines
- Use creative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning
- Monitor, evaluate, and support student progress
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments
- Maintain effective communication with parents and school leadership
- Participate actively in school events, trainings, and curriculum development
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English
- B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms)
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CBSE assessment patterns and board exam preparation
