Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic TGT Drawing / Art Teacher to join our creative faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire students through the visual arts, encouraging creativity, expression, and artistic skills across a range of mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging Drawing and Art lessons for Grades 1 to 10.

- Introduce students to various art forms such as sketching, painting, craftwork, sculpture, and digital art.

- Develop students’ artistic skills and creativity through structured lessons and hands-on activities.

- Organize exhibitions, art competitions, and workshops to showcase student talent.

- Encourage appreciation of art history, techniques, and famous artworks.

- Maintain records of students’ progress and achievements in art.

- Decorate the school campus with creative displays, projects, and event-based artwork.

- Participate actively in school activities, events, and meetings.

- Strong artistic ability and deep understanding of various art forms and techniques.

- Creativity, patience, and an eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and demonstration skills.

- Ability to inspire, mentor, and nurture students' creativity.

- Knowledge of different art materials, tools, and digital art platforms (optional but preferred).

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent qualification in Art & Craft.

- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setup.

- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum will be an added advantage.
