Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory); MBA preferred
Location: Delhi
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday as mandatory working days. One weekly off will be provided between Monday and Friday.
We are hiring a Territory Manager for our client which is one of India’s leading internet companies to drive territory growth and lead a high -impact sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large sales team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers
- Own territory performance with end -to -end responsibility for revenue growth and P&L;
- Define and execute sales strategies to drive business expansion and profitability
- Track and improve performance using best -in -class sales and service metrics
- Build a culture of ownership, customer focus, and robust ethics
Requirements
- 4–9 years of experience in sales / inside sales with a solid revenue track record
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing large sales teams (30+ members)
- Proven ownership of P&L;, sales strategy, and process optimization
- Ability to thrive and deliver results in fast -paced, high -pressure environments
- Strong communication, analytical, and people leadership skills
