Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Upsell and cross -sell skincare products when appropriate
- Maintain customer records and follow up as required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
