We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecommunications Consultant to support outbound and inbound calling initiatives. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, clearly communicating service offerings, and supporting lead conversion through effective follow-ups and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.
- Clearly explain services and offerings in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Handle inbound customer queries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs and document call outcomes.




- Follow up with prospects to support lead qualification and conversion.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build positive customer relationships through consistent and effective communication.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Solid fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
