About the Role

We are looking for driven and passionate Telecalling Executives to join TORRINS, a leading platform for music education. The role involves calling prospective leads, promoting our music programs/instrument sales and evening classes, and converting leads into successful enrollments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and customers.
- Promote Torrins evening music classes and musical instruments.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments/sales.
- Maintain a robust follow-up system with leads.
- Should be capable of working in MS Office and Google Sheets/Docs.
- Represent Torrins with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Passion for music; knowledge of music or ability to play an instrument preferred.
- Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus.
