Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Explain the products or services offered by the company.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.
- Forward leads or escalated issues to relevant departments when needed.

Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
