This role is ideal for a professional with prior experience in healthcare or skin clinics who enjoys patient interaction and guiding clients through treatment journeys. You will play a key role in understanding patient concerns, explaining treatment options, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from consultation to follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients on skin, hair, and laser treatment options based on their concerns and goals
- Explain procedures, treatment plans, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly and confidently
- Build trust with patients through empathetic communication and personalized guidance
- Manage patient data, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM or clinic management software
- Coordinate closely with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Track patient progress, treatment adherence, and satisfaction
- Address patient queries, concerns, and objections in a skilled manner
- Support the clinic’s consultation-to-conversion process while maintaining ethical standards
