Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing works.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing & commissioning activities.
- Identify technical issues and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
