About the Role

We’re hiring a Technology Strategy Analyst to work directly with senior technology leadership at KeyValue. This is an analyst role (designed for someone with a software engineering background who wants to transition into a strategy and operations -focused position.

You’ll help translate technical complexity into structured insights, drive key initiatives, and support decision -making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

- Support senior technology leadership on strategy, planning and execution

- Conduct research, deep dives and analysis on technology trends, competitors, product performance and internal systems

- Translate technical problems into clear frameworks, insights, and recommendations

- Create briefs, reports, decks and decision documents

- Coordinate across engineering, product, data and business teams

- Track priorities, manage follow -ups, and ensure momentum on key projects.

- Support operational improvements and process design across teams.

- Excellent written communication and presentation skills

- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly

- High ownership, energy, and bias toward action

- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast -moving environments

- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

- Discretion and maturity with sensitive information

Nice to Have

- Experience in product, data, strategy, or operations

- Exposure to SaaS, platform, or high -growth startup environments

- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides

- Familiarity with up-to-date engineering systems and tooling
