We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Publication Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in spare parts documentation, technical writing, and technical illustration within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate should be creative, imaginative, and possess strong interpersonal skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and tools related to technical publications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and manage Spare Parts Catalogues in accordance with established workflows and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain technical manuals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with documentation norms.
- Generate technical illustrations using relevant software tools, adhering to industry-specific guidelines and visual communication best practices.
- Understand and manage document-level serial numbering and revision tracking for accurate version control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering,



and product management to gather technical information.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all technical content, including layout, terminology, and visual assets.
- Utilize CAD and graphic design tools such as SolidWorks Composer, CorelDRAW, Creo, and AutoCAD for illustration and document creation.
- Work with systems such as SAP and PLM for document and data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical publications, specifically in the automotive sector.
- Hands-on experience in technical writing, spare parts cataloguing, and illustration.
- Strong knowledge of technical publication standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Spare Parts Catalogue creation processes.
- Proficient with tools such as SolidWorks Composer, CorelDRAW, Creo, AutoCAD, and SAP/PLM systems.
- Good understanding of document management, including serial numbering and revision history.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
