Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a solid background in product development or delivery/implementation management. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience working with product -based companies and possess excellent project execution, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end -to -end project delivery, ensuring timely, high -quality execution across multiple initiatives.
- Lead cross -functional teams including engineering, QA, product, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Drive project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and execution
- Manage delivery commitments, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align delivery with product roadmaps
- Track and report project status, risks, and metrics to leadership
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices
- Manage change requests, scope creep, and priority conflicts effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of overall experience with strong delivery/project management expertise
- Experience as a Delivery Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Solid background in product development or working in a product -based organization
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Hands -on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong problem -solving and decision -making capabilities
