We are seeking a Technical Manager with solid MuleSoft expertise to lead integration initiatives and guide a high-performing team. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural ownership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality API solutions across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and delivery of MuleSoft-based integration solutions
- Define API-led architecture and integration patterns
- Oversee RAML design, DataWeave transformations, and Mule 4 development
- Manage deployments on Anypoint Platform and CloudHub
- Implement API governance, security standards, and best practices
- Drive CI/CD adoption for integration projects
- Mentor and manage a small team of integration developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure performance optimization, reliability, and scalability of integrations
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in MuleSoft development
- Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange)
- Deep knowledge of API-led architecture, Mule 4, RAML, and DataWeave
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and CloudHub deployments
- Proven team leadership and project delivery experience
- Excellent communication, analytical,
and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to Salesforce or other enterprise applications is a plus
- Familiarity with Talend, Boomi, or Informatica is an advantage
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
- MuleSoft certifications (Integration Architect / Platform Architect) are a plus
