We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong backend orientation and deep expertise in Node.js and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building and scaling SaaS products and hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-grade systems.

This role will lead the design and development of scalable backend architectures, robust APIs, and AI-powered capabilities embedded into core product workflows. The position requires technical ownership, architectural decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive long-term platform scalability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and scaling of backend services using Node.js and/or Python.
- Architect and maintain frontend components using React or Next.js where required.
- Design SaaS-grade backend systems including authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-tenant architecture.
- Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar models) into product workflows such as chat systems, intelligent insights, and automation features.
- Architect and manage relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Ensure high performance, security, reliability, and horizontal scalability of the platform.




- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, AI specialists, and domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish best practices in code quality, CI/CD, DevOps workflows, and system observability.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Expertise

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a backend-heavy focus.
- Solid proficiency in Node.js and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with React and/or Next.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker; cloud exposure is advantageous.

LLM & AI Integration Experience

- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar).
- Experience in prompt engineering, optimization, and evaluation.
- Building AI-powered features within live production environments.
- Understanding of latency, cost management, observability, and reliability considerations in LLM deployments.

Good to Have

- Experience working with ERP, MES, or operational platforms.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments.
