We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end development of scalable, high-quality software systems. In this role, you will take ownership of the complete product lifecycle—from requirements and design through deployment and post-production monitoring—while guiding engineering best practices and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full product development lifecycle including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable backend systems using modern Java-based technologies.
- Make informed design tradeoffs by applying strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
- Drive high-level and low-level design discussions, ensuring clean, maintainable, and extensible codebases.
- Review code, enforce engineering standards, and proactively identify risks and potential defects before production.
- Collaborate closely with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performance solutions.
- Mentor and support engineers, fostering strong ownership, accountability, and technical excellence within the team.
- Participate actively in architectural decisions, performance optimization, and scalability planning.

What We’re Looking For





- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong backend focus.
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Strong expertise in Java and hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design tradeoffs.
- Experience building and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
- Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to lead high-level design (HLD) discussions and guide implementation decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
