Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer with a solid background in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) to collaborate with technical teams and transform complex concepts into clear, compelling content. The role involves creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, technical documentation, solution briefs, and client-facing materials that support internal initiatives and external engagements. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with hands-on experience in data and analytics tools and the ability to work closely with engineers, analysts, and solution architects.

Responsibilities:

- Work with data engineers, BI developers, and solution architects to understand technical solutions and extract key messaging
- Develop client-ready presentations, internal technical documents, solution overviews, and case studies Translate technical concepts in data integration, analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools into engaging, value-driven content
- Assist in writing proposal responses,

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or presales documentation
- Solid understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and BI concepts
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Visio for creating impactful documentation and visuals
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
