Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Owner (Java) with expertise in Core Java, AWS, and Performance Engineering to lead critical banking modules. This role focuses on technical ownership, solutioning, and stakeholder coordination—not day-to-day coding.

Core Skills

- Strong in Core Java (Java 17 preferred), Spring Boot, REST APIs

- Hands-on with AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)

- Proficient in performance tuning, logging, error handling, and security

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, networking basics

- Valuable knowledge of SQL and database optimization

- Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, ELK, AWS CloudWatch

Responsibilities

- Act as Technical SME,



own APIs and drive solution discussions

- Review designs/stories with focus on performance, security, NFRs

- Coordinate across squads, architects, and interfacing platforms

- Lead service discovery, troubleshooting, and technical unblockers

- Maintain API documentation and knowledge repositories

- Escalate issues and align with program managers where needed
